DESCRIPTION:

This role is responsible for performing complex coding and providing technical solution documentation for the Ombudsman and/or BankNet applications at the client, as well as maintaining these applications by working on Level 3 trouble tickets and resolving application defects / bugs / issues. These are public-facing applications and also have banking-partner interfaces to accommodate customer quality assurance functions (e.g., registering complaints, posing questions, etc.).

DUTIES:

·          Job Duty 1 – Lead and perform complex coding tasks that will involve compressed timeframes, new products in different environments, and complex business / technical requirements

·          Job Duty 2 – Consult with customers and stakeholders to define needs and sizings; decide how to achieve design specifications and troubleshoot/resolve performance issues with current applications

·          Job Duty 3 – Lead and perform the development and delivery of all required technical solution documentation

·          Job Duty 4 – Lead and perform the full application life cycle (Design / build / test / Deploy) for defects / bugs / issues on level 3 trouble tickets;  Perform .Net, Classic ASP, C#, SQLServer application support necessary to provide application enhancements or resolve application defects.

·          Job Duty 5 – Lead and perform application build, configuration management and patch management and performs minor enhancements

REQUIRED SKILLS:

Please note these are the top technical skills that the Buyer feels a candidate MUST have. General knowledge of basic office software such as MS Office Suite as well as good communications skills are a given.

·          .NET Framework (minimum 2.0)

·          Web Services development

·          ASP .NET 1.1 and 2.0

·          SQL Server 2005 – Stored Procedure development

·          SQL Server Reporting Services development (SSRS Reports)

·          InfoPath form/template design

·          Position requires the following skills/capabilities with minimal to no supervision:

·          Full lifecycle development experience in a .NET environment with multiple integration of COTS and Custom code

·          Extensive experience in Application Design and Integration

·          Experience working with a ticketing system (trouble ticketing)
